Ark are looking for a product that is flexible, configurable and high performing, with a clean modern interface. It must be intuitive, simple to use and easy to navigate with minimal training required. The product should be fundamentally focused on the customer and their outcomes. Visibility of all aspects of the customer journey should be at the forefront, providing a chronology and a central source of information. The vision is to record information once, eliminating the need for duplication of crucial information and promote a joined-up approach. The product should also encourage customer self-service.
