Housing 21 wishes to conduct a market engagement exercise to support specification development for our Housing Management System (HMS) requirement. The aim is to improve how we bring essential resident and property information together to create a holistic view for front line colleagues as well as corporate teams to enable more effective operations and ultimately, an enhanced service for residents of Housing 21. Housing 21’s devolved operating model provides personal presence in individual schemes; value of this to our residents is reflected in the feedback and survey results. To achieve this, local housing managers have much responsibility; particularly in a sector of increasing regulatory control. Potential HMS solutions should bring not only greater visibility of data to inform decisions but also increased intuitiveness and ease of use.
