Descriptions
The Health and Safety Authority will be represented at the National Ploughing Championships scheduled to take place from Tuesday 20th September 2022 to Thursday 22nd September 2022 inclusive at Ratheniska, Co. Laois. The Health and Safety Authority requires the design, supply, installation, event management and decommissioning of the farm safety stand in the main exhibition area to be safe and without risk. The farm safety stand should be in place and ready for occupation in accordance with the specifications below (subject to National Ploughing Association terms and conditions) no later than 2pm on 14th September 2022 or such other time as may be specified and agreed. Installation and removal of the marquees must adhere to the requirements of the National Ploughing Association and all Safety, Health & Welfare at Work legislation applicable to Ireland. Removal of the marquees must take place immediately after the event as per terms and conditions set by National Ploughing Association e.g., from 7pm 22nd September 2022 by 28th September 2022. Contractor must provide evidence of Skills in relation to Creative/Design of the stand ensuring the correct Health and Safety Authority corporate identity and branding (by the Contractor).
