This procurement is for the Authority to appoint suitable suppliers to a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to provide a disposal service to remove/dispose of various types of waste material from the Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) of Staffordshire., The use of DPS’s as a procurement tool is now common amongst Local Government, and its use provides efficiency in managing a procurement process from an Authority perspective, whilst providing a simplistic route-to-offer for the supplier., The Authority has the overall responsibility for putting the DPS in place and for monitoring the performance of the suppliers admitted to the DPS., There is no intention that this DPS be offered to any other Local Authority for use other than Staffordshire County Council., The tender opportunity will be undertaken through the Authority’s e-tendering system Proactis https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com, Suppliers should register onto the system by completing their company details first, then registering their interest to this specific tender opportunity by searching the reference number IA2279., 2Deadline for receipt of initial SQ submissions – Initial Tranche, See section (10) below ends 6th September 2021, 3Evaluation of SQ and post-submission clarifications - Initial Tranche, 6th to 28th September 2021, 4Commencement of ITT Competitions After 4 October 2021, 5DPS re-opens for the duration of the DPS for new requests to participate, 1 October 2021 onwards, i.All dates are indicative only and may be subject to change where necessary. This includes all dates included in advertisements connected with this procurement., ii.It is a requirement that all suppliers are available throughout any SQ or ITT evaluation period to answer any post-deadline clarification questions where applicable., 10.
