Descriptions
Wigan Council requires the provision of ice-cream services to visitors to Haigh Woodland Park in Wigan. This is by way of mobile ice cream unit(s) (non-static) owned and funded at the Operator's expense (the Concession).
Wigan Council proposes to offer a concession contract for an initial period of 2 years, with a possible further extension of 12 months.
