Monitoring of Milford Care Centre's ICT systems, including servers, PCs, laptops, tablets and phones to identify any deficiences from the perspective of legislative requirements (GDPR) and best practice from a cyber insurance viewpoint. This contract includes provision of quarterly reports to local managers and for the Board of Directors, immediate notification of identified issues, phishing and penetration testing, advice on policy and procedures development, assistance with data breach investigations, as appropriate, and recommendations on quality improvement plans.
