Descriptions
The design and delivery of a customised Leadership Development Programme for up to 20 people including members of the Senior Management Team (SMT x 9) and those who have specific leadership responsibilities (Next Level - 12-15 members). In addition to this, IMMA wishes to provide team development training in line with the Leadership Development Training, to be delivered to its programming teams (Exhibitions, Collections & Engagement & Learning - 12-15 members). The envisaged timeframe for the programme is 6 months commencing in May 2019.It is proposed that the programme will be project managed, designed and delivered so that it addresses specific leadership challenges in the organisation, analysis and develops constructive thinking and behaviour and is an enabler to enhance personal effectiveness and team development
