To specify, design, build/install & commission live fish handling equipment able to deal with live European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) ranging from 1g to 2kg and including a live fish transfer pump, a live fish grader, a live fish counter and live fish transfer pipes with "fish-friendy" couplings.a) Live fish transfer pumpIndicative specification includes a suction head of 4m, a transport distance of 150m and a maximum fish size of 800g.b) Live fish graderIndicative specification includes the ability to grade European sea bass ranging from 40g to 1kg individual weight with a capacity of 40,000 to 80,000 fish per hour.c) Live fish counterIndicative specification includes the ability to count European sea bass ranging from 1g to 2kg individual weight with a capacity of 40,000 to 160,000 fish per hour.d) Live fish transfer pipesIndicative specification includes the ability to transport European Sea Bass ranging from 1g to 2kg individual weight with a capacity of 40,000 to 160,000 fish per hour. "Fish-friendly" couplings designes to minimise physical damage to the fish in transit in the pipe will be required.The equipment should deliver a very high level of animal welfare and be apropriate to endure both a typical industrial environment and the harsh warm marine environment of our premises.
