Norwich City Council has 3 multi-storey car parks (MSCPs) in the city centre and are looking for a supplier to place advertisements (digital or otherwise) in stairwells, corridors, hallways, entrances and around exits in them to generate income for the council.The successful supplier will manage the entire process, including but not limited to the sale of all advertising space (digital or otherwise), supply and install advertising units, maintain and repair all units, unit removals (at the end of the contract) and income collection from advertising companies for all 3 MSCPs.The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years from 1.4.2017 (planned date), with an option to extend beyond this for up to a further 5 years.
