Construction of infrastructure road network including utilities within and adjacent to the regeneration site, incorporating economic and social regeneration outputs via a Framework Agreement. Within this framework, successful contractors will be required to actively participate in the economic and social regeneration of the locality and geographical areas surrounding the place of project delivery. Accordingly contract performance conditions will relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
