Initial Market Testing – External Environment Facilities Work Framework Agreement

Swansea Council are carrying out external Environmental Facilities Work to some of their Housing stock and are looking to set up a Framework Agreement to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for External Environmental Works.The Framework is for work to approximately 1700 properties in set areas throughout the county ranging from Clydach in the Swansea valley, to West Cross, Pontardulais,Pontlliw,and Penlan areas.The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates,clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).
