The purpose of this exercise is to select organisations interested in participating in a tender exercise for the inspection, day-to day maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure the plant and equipment operates safely and without risk to the users in accordance with current British Standards and HSE Regulations at the time of completion of the Works.The College requires the services of a competent NICEIC Registered Electrical Contractor to execute routine and reactive maintenance operations, modifications and alterations throughout the College campus. There may also be an element of new installation work. The exact details of the Works are yet to be determined.
