Integrate Maintenance Framework

The Integrate Consortium is a consortium of the following member housing associations (“the members”) which are registered as registered social landlords (“RSLs”) with the Welsh Assembly Government: Cadwyn Housing AssociationCardiff Community Housing AssociationCoastal Housing Group (although a member of Integrate they are currently not intending to participate in the framework agreement) First Choice Housing AssociationNewydd Housing AssociationTaff Housing AssociationUnited Welsh Housing AssociationValleys to Coast Housing(together with their existing or future subsidiary trading companies who may or may not be contracting authorities for the purposes of Directive 2004/18/EC). Cardiff Community Housing Association acting on behalf of itself and its fellow Integrate Consortium members wishes to procure framework agreements with a number of suitably experienced and qualified contractors to carry out works procured by the Integrate member housing associations and their existing or future subsidiary trading companies together with any RSL being formed out of a merger, acquisition, take over of any of the above named RSLs and their existing or future subsidiary trading companies. The scope of the framework agreements may be extended to include other RSLs operating within the geographical areas listed in section II.1.2 (a) of this notice.The member housing associations seek to work collaboratively with contractors in order to encourage improved performance and value for money from building maintenance projects. The works will include repairs and replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, partial or total electrical re-wires, partial or total renewal of heating systems, repairs or replacement of windows and doors, interior and exterior decorations and other general building maintenance works. This procurement is divided into six lots as described in Annex B. The lots comprise (1) kitchen and bathroom repairs and renewals (2) partial or total renewal of heating systems (3) repairs or replacement of windows and doors (4) interior and exterior decorations (5) multi-trade maintenance works comprising kitchen and bathroom repairs and renewals, partial or total renewal of heating systems and partial or total renewal of electrical wiring installations.; (6) small general building works to supplement the responsive repairs service (non-time critical works) Bidders can apply for one or more lots. . Call offs made under the framework agreement may last beyond the duration of the framework agreement.
