Corporate Property 2. Investment Property 3. Arts and Culture 4. Heritage 5. Schools 6. Police & Court Services Each Lot contained a broad range of FM services, hard, soft, catering, horticulture etc... covering reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and projects. All to be delivered by a single IFM supplier via either in-house resources or strategic supply chain partners.
