Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust wish to select a contractor to provide internal cleaning services of the communal parts of certain properties within social housing sheltered and non-sheltered schemes in the Cheshire area. The services may involve daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks that may include (but are not limited to) cleaning kitchens, bathrooms (and other such communal areas) including dusting, washing, related internal fixtures, hoovering, polishing, changing and washing bed linen in the guest room.
