Descriptions
The Contracting authority invites tenders for the delivery of planned internal works to housing stocks in Barking & Dagenham. Scope includes internal repairs, compliance upgrades and associated trades. This procurement is conducted under urgent procedure in accordance with PA23.
The contract will commence on award and run until completion of works programme or until funding is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The maximum possible duration, including any extensions will not exceed 36 months. Extensions will be subject to budget availability and satisfactory performance and there is no obligation to extend.
