Descriptions
The purpose of this contract is to provide a front of house customer facing role to all Campus users (employees based on site, visitors and members of the public) to provide a welcoming and safe environment, through regular foot patrols and CCTV monitoring. The Supplier shall provide a professionally-managed, high quality customer service and security guarding service, which complies with all mandatory requirements as identified in the Scope of Services and complies with all legislation governing the security industry. Through the use of industry best practice and the introduction of innovation, the service will achieve and demonstrate value for money on a continuous basis.
