Scope of Works:The project consists of 3 Classroom SEN Base 15m2 SET room (total area incl walls and circulation 57m2. Schedule of Accommodation attached for information purposes. The current school building comprises of 5 classrooms. This school was built in 1949. In 1997 an extension consisting of the GP Room, hall, a kitchenette, bathrooms, disabled toilet and office were added to this building. Contract:The Form of Contract will be the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical COE1) including the Template Schedule A and B, available at (http://www.education.ie/) under School Design > Appointment of Consultants > Small Works and Small Devolved Projects. The scope of service is detailed in the tender documents and in Design Team Procedures for Small Works (TGD 007) available at (http://www.education.ie/).Tender Submissions:Tenders must be returned via e-tenders only and the date and time before which tenders must be received are stated in the Contract Notice.
