During a recent boiler tube thickness survey at the Jersey Energy Recovery Facility on Boiler 1, it was identified that areas on the 8 median water wall panels and 4 off the median water wall hanger / support tubes located in the second boiler pass have suffered significant thinning or erosion and will need replacing.
We are looking for a supplier to
• Fabricate and deliver new sections of the Median water walls.
• Supply and deliver new median water wall hanger tubes.
• Supply of specialist welders for the on-site replacement of sections of the Median water panels.
• Supply of specialist welders for the replacement of the water wall hanger tubes.
• All materials and installation work to conform to Pressure systems directive.
