iPad Parental Leasing Scheme
Descriptions
To provide a Apple iPad based 1-2-1 Device Parental Leasing Scheme, Devices and installation for Crickhowell High School starting initially with Years 7 - 9. Devices leased for 3 years to parents.Starting in September 2018.Providing marketing material to promote the leasing scheme with parentsProvide a portal system for parents to pay for devices and manage the collection of management of said serviceInitially provide the scheme to circa 450 students in Years 7 - 9, with an additional 150 students for 2 further years.Provide a Mobile Device Management Solution to manage the iPads which school IT staff can utilize.Support in the deployment of the iPads to students once the devices start being rolled out.Provide a caching server for the ipads.Provide GAP and damage insurance for the ipads.The cost for the parental payments should not exceed £12 per month and cover the costs listed above. The repayment schedule should be over 3 years for the core device and up to 5 years for the insurance & MDM costs.Costs to parents will need to include VAT costs.The school has a 7% Free School Meals indicator and this should ideally be factored into the operating costs but the school may choose to procure the device on behalf of these students with the insurance and MDM costs being funded by the parents.There will be seperate tender for other devices/services to support this roll out.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=81665.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
