Descriptions
We are a registered charity which has six projects based in Swansea and one in Brecon. We require the services of an IT consultant to provide fast expert advice on IT issues via email/telephone or remotely to ensure that IT systems are running smoothly. Where issues cannot be resolved we would require quick and efficient on-site visits to any of our 7 sites.We have a mixture of PCs, laptops, Network devices (including NAS boxes) and Ipads and attached peripherals, which all link in to a central server. We are looking to update the server shortly and will need expertise in incorporating the use of ICloud etc.Also required:-IT audits and reports to ensure that all systems are secure, backed-up, licenced, configured and operating within industry best practice guidelines.-System maintenance/changes, support, upgrades, installations, updates and migrations where applicable.-Where necessary liaise on our behalf with third party suppliers in regards to products and services and to advise and assist us in the procurement and implementation of such products and services.
