The Business Growth Team at Sandwell Council have a lease agreement with the Council's Property Services of a furnished, Council owned office space (Second Floor, Jack Judge House, Halesowen Street, Oldbury, B69 2AJ) for a fixed term period, until 31st March 2025 as a business hub for local entrepreneurs, small businesses, partner organisations, investors, and international companies. The Council has a requirement to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited supplier to assist with the design and installations of structured cabling, fibre and small electrical installations & provide ongoing service management. The work is inclusive of Wi-Fi access points, web content filtering and for the Council to have control of access.
