This report presents the details of the procurement process undertaken for the provision of IT Server & Azzure
Support for the Electoral Commission (EC) and seeks formal approval to award the contract to the
recommended supplier.
The objective of this procurement exercise was to secure a high-quality provider that aligns with the EC's
requirements, while ensuring value for money and adherence to all applicable procurement regulations. A
number of procurement routes were considered (refer to Section 3 for further information). After careful
consideration, an Open Competitive Procedure under PA23 was identified as the most appropriate
procurement vehicle.
