Descriptions

Triggered by new ways of working since the onset of Covid 19 in 2020, the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) are seeking to review their Information Technology (IT) strategy. As a business, HQIP aims to improve health outcomes by enabling those who commission, deliver and receive healthcare to measure and improve healthcare services. HQIP is responsible for several national healthcare quality improvement programmes, including running the National Joint Registry (NJR) and managing and commissioning the National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcomes Programme (NCAPOP) on behalf of NHS England, the Welsh Government and in some cases other devolved authorities. It is therefore strategically important that HQIP has an effective, efficient but ultimately fit for purpose IT Infrastructure that meets the business current needs and offers flexibility to meet the needs of the future. This contract has the potential to extend for a further 2 years in increments of 12 months (2+1+1)
