JHG - Fire Door Inspection Tender

The core delivery requirement will be an un-intrusive door survey to both communal and flat entrance doors to the full range of properties owned and managed by Jigsaw Homes Group (JHG) including; - JHG owned commercial properties - new build properties - Any other buildings for which JHG have a responsibility for. An overview of the residential buildings within JHG stock are: - High-rise blocks greater than 18m (7 storey and above). - High-rise blocks between 11m and 18m (5 and 6 storey). - Medium-rise and low-rise residential blocks of 1, 2,3 & 4 storey - Over 55’s, Independent Living Schemes (Sheltered Housing and/or Extra Care). - Agency Managed/Supported Housing, including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s) and Hostels. Jigsaw Homes Group are looking for one service provider to deliver this contract. The successful service provider will be expected to mobilise to our timescale and be operational by the 1st of October 2025, please refer to Section 1.11 the Tender Process Summary below for more details. The contract period is for four years on a 1 +1 +1 +1 basis. An annual review will be conducted every year. As long as good performance is maintained, the contract will continue into the next year.
