The Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Sheffield would like to entertain bids on a light flash system to support high throughput approaches to materials characterisation via Advanced Thermal Analysis. As part of the Henry Royce Institute for Advanced Materials, the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Sheffield, wishes to open tender for a light flash analyser to measure the thermal diffusivity/conductivity of various materials, hence supplementing their expertise in advanced materials manufacturing. This light flash analyser is to support the materials characterisation strand of the theme.
