Lampton Development 360 Ltd requires support in the carrying out the redevelopment of the sites within the London Borough of Hounslow. At this time the roles and responsibilities are yet to be fully agreed but it is envisaged that this could include the following:1. Feasibility Studies;2. Architectural Services;3. Commercial Services;4. Procurement and management of sub-contractors;5. Access and utilisation of the Supplier's construction management expertise;6. Sales and marketing Services;7. Share of planning risk, building and sales risks.Tenderers will be required to demonstrate:— Experience of dealing with similar sites;— The ability to satisfy statutory or regulatory provisions whilst acting in the capacity as a Developer;— Sufficient resources to undertake the services being requested.
