JV North will soon be tendering to establish a 4-year framework agreement for development consultancy services, it is currently envisioned that the tender will be split into the following lots: Lot 1: Architect Lot 2: Employers Agent Lot 3: Purchasers Agent Lot 4: Engineer Lot 5: Clerk of Works Lot 6: Principal Designer Lot 7: Principal Designer (Building Regulations) Supplier Engagement Sessions: JV North will be holding a virtual supplier engagement session on Thursday 5th December, 10am on MS Teams.
