Kent County Council are undertaking a Public Health Service Transformation Programme to ensure services are impactful, cost-effective and robust for the future. The programme responds to a series of strategic developments, challenges and opportunities in the commissioning landscape, and will be underpinned by an evidenced-based review of all internal and external Public Health funded services and grants.
