Descriptions
Electrical Lighting, data & power supply works in coordination with Bibliotheca for the provision of MYOL (my Open Library) services. Enabling works to separate the entrances of the first floor Library and ground floor Doctors Surgery. Allow for associated works to internal room layouts at ground floor level within the 2010 extension, order and timing of works in the Surgery to be agreed with the Doctors(tenants) prior to works proceeding. Repair and modification works to windows, walls and floors to the protected structure (Kilbeggan Court House and Market Building Reg No15321052). Renovation works entailing demolition of internal partitions and external walls, blocking up of one window at first floor level, Incorporating two window openings into one new larger opening. provision of new aluminum windows, one AOV window and new aluminum external doors. New façade treatment to the 2010 extension along with new aluminum canopies/ window surrounds tied back to the internal leaf. New fit-out of Internal timber window surrounds / seating. New Sliding folding partition for a light therapy space. New paint / decoration throughout the first floor Library with new carpet floor coverings to the first floor. New painting decoration to rooms affected by the new works at Ground Floor Level and all associated works. Refer to drawings, specification and pricing document.
