The work covered by the Works Requirements and Pricing Document comprises Site Development Works for Killaloe Sailing Club, Carrownakilly, Killaloe, Co. Clare comprising raft foundation / slab installations, with an associated raised platform constructed from structural steelwork and timber members, specialist pre-fabricated shed installations, foul drainage and associated holding tank installations, boundary treatments, fencing, new boat and car park, electrical ducting, surface water drainage installations. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Works must be executed in accordance with the approved Construction and Environmental Management Plan. To comply with statutory restrictions, works will likely commence on-site in March 2021.
