The works comprises the demolition and removal of an existing two storey modular building and installation of a new larger two storey modular building. Works will include but not be limited to the following:• demolition and removal of existing modular building;• design, supply, delivery and installation of new two storey modular building;• connection to existing services on site;• making good of existing surfaces;• erection of a perimeter security fence with associated gates;• erection of a bin store enclosure;• erection of a Vehicle cleaning bay;• setting out of site lines.
