Descriptions
The works comprise the replacement of existing kitchens and bathrooms including plumbing, electrical, joinery and flooring works to a selection of the Associations properties (40 Kitchens and 22 bathrooms in phase 01) the contract will be fully completed by 22 March 2024. Properties are “pepper potted” within the Berwickshire area. The Association reserve the right to offer one-off installs at voids or properties requiring a new kitchen or bathroom, these will be provided by the contractor at the agreed contract rates. It is expected that it is likely to be approximately 10 –15 per annum but this number may vary and they are not guaranteed as part of the contract.
