This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Next Generation Sequencing Services Maynooth University. Maynooth University is seeking NGS services to supply sequencing preparation and sequence data generation from multiple forms of input nucleic acid. The successful Tender/s will be required to sequence DNA and/or RNA from prokaryotic and/or eukaryotic and/or viral – as dictated by the project needs. Tenderers MUST confirm and certify that they own the High-throughput (HT) Illumina NovaSeq/NextSeq platforms and the low throughput (LT) iSeq/MiniSeq/MiSeq platforms equipment, or equivalent equipment providing the same quality and specifications. For specific whole genome shotgun (WGS) or long-Amplicon projects, long-read Pacific Biosciences, PacBio RSII/Sequel equipment or equivalent equipment will be required. NGS platform-appropriate pre-constructed libraries may be supplied. Tenderers MUST also include costings for quality control and library preparation, which may be requested by the buyer, as dictated by the experimental study. Bioinformatics analysis may not be required but costings for this service SHOULD also be included.
