Descriptions
The works are to remove the 2 No. existing chillers at Lambeth Police Station and replace with new chillers with all associated mechanical and electrical works.
Works include modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical and BMS systems to facilitate the new chillers install including replacement of expansion vessel, pressurisation unit, dosing pot, valves, commissioning sets, pump sets, inverters.
Contractor shall also include for replacement of pipework and insulation where necessary. Contractor shall also include for works to existing bases. Chillers are to be replaced on a phased basis, contractor shall decommission, remove, and new chiller installed, tested and commissioned, while the other chiller maintains service.
Once the first chiller is complete and operational, works will commence on the replacement of the other chiller. The works shall include all CDP requirements and components.
