Laois County Council is seeking an Integrated Design Team to provide the full architectural & engineering & quantity Surveying services required to deliver the Survey, Design, the Procurement of a Contractor and Contract Management of the project, including Lead Architect/Engineer, Structural and Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, BER Assessor, Energy Efficiency Engineer, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Design and Assigned Certifier, Project Manager and Employers Representative required to deliver the Survey, Design, the Procurement of a Contractor and Contract Management of the project, including full and detailed Architectural and Engineering drawings, and a complete Bill of Quantities. In addition, Post and Pre Building Energy Rating certificates are to be provided for each individual unit upon substantial completion of the project.
