Louth County Council has received approval in principle from the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government for the construction of a new fire station in Dunleer, Co. Louth. Louth Fire Service now intends to appoint an Architect led Project Management Design Team to prepare a detailed design to current standards and regulations, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Conservation designs. They will also be expected to complete the tender process and contract procurement, supervise and certify the construction and agree the final account and closeout.
