Descriptions
The scope of work for the contract involves the upgrade of the Life Safety Systems and all associated electrical and builder’s works at Kilfinane Outdoor Education and Training Centre, Chapel Lane, Kilfinane, Co Limerick as detailed herein and as indicated on the drawings. The works will be carried out during the period between mid November and end of December 2022 when the Centre is partially closed and it is proposed to give the appointed contractor possession of the site as detailed in the preliminary plan. The employer’s staff will continue to operate from the admin area and the appointed contractor shall liaise with the Centre Director to facilitate continued employer staff operations and Outdoor Activities for the duration of the upgrade works.
