The Task & Finish Group for Residential Care under the Ministerial Advisory Group for Improving Outcomes for Looked After Children wishes to appoint a consultant to provide a report that will extract an evidence base of positive learnings from care homes during the pandemic, for example, regarding direct work tools, supporting home learning and blended flexible contact arrangements.The report will include recommendations for how to embed key learning into ongoing practice, which will inform how we work with children looked after in the future. The report will also include an executive summary of no more than 1,500 words.The recommendations of the report will be presented to the Task and Finish Group.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
