Tenders are sought for a single-cell RNA Barcoding system to enable SFI funded research at Trinity College Dublin. It will serve as a hub across many thematic priorities in TCD including Ageing; where biomarkers from the TILDA longitudinal cohort will be interrogated, Cancer; where the significance of stem cells, circulating tumour cells and the role of inflammation, the immune system in promoting metastasis and as a vehicle for therapeutic intervention may be explored in clinical samples; it will service nanomedicine and nanoscience and genomics of human disease, all the while underpinning excellence in research and education. The University is seeking low maintenance, robust equipment that will produce minimal waste in line with the Provost’s sustainability initiatives.
