The hire and installation of Christmas Lights for Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. To be put up around the Town on the lighting columns and the trees in the Library Gardens. To supply a Christmas Tree to be installed in the Library Gardens. To decorate the Christmas Tree. To dismantle all lights and tree in the January after the Christmas period.
