Contract Name: Library ICT Hardware Replcement_26 PME Contract Number: DN806268 Liverpool Library Services relies on advanced technology and digital systems to deliver vital services to the public, supporting essential functions such as library transactions, public engagement, and performance monitoring against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). However, much of the current infrastructure is now outdated and requires replacing, The following systems have been identified as requiring replacement. • Footfall and Analytics Solution • Self Service Kiosks • Security Gates (for 1 Library) • RFID tag reader and library management app The Council is seeking pre-market responses from potential suppliers to better understand the market, what is available, and what is in the pipeline in the near future. Potential suppliers are invited to provide responses via this portal by 16:00 on Friday, 20 February 2026. Contract Term: Likely to be five years, but is not yet confirmed.
