The Design and Construction of the new Life Sciences School Building at the University of Sussex. This will comprise of approximately 15 000 m2 GIFA new build and 3 000 m2 GIFA refurbishment from approximately 11 000 m2 NIA of refurbishment works within associated site works and ancillaries.Further information can be found in Section VI.3 of this Notice.
