Bernicia are looking for an experienced contractor to supply and install a passenger list at a residential development.Interested parties are required to submit a detailed proposal, as per the associated documents. For full transparency Bernicia will be using an external consultant to manage, review and evaluate all receiving bids. Bids will be evaluated based on contractors experience and ability as well as proposed solution and cost.This project is subject to Section 20 consultation as the block consists of private leaseholder. Initial consultation has already concluded but further consultation will be required prior to formal award.
