Llanbedr Airfield - Phase One Airside Refurbishment Works

Phase One of the Project relates specifically to Building Refurbishment and Demolition Works to a number of commercial and operational buildings sited on designated Airside land at Snowdonia Aerospace Centre, Llanbedr Airfield.A total of 22 buildings with 8 to be demolished and the balance to be refurbished to a high standard for office / workshop and hangar uses.Tenders will be available from the 17 June 2019 and returns required by 17 July 2019 to meet funding deadlines.The Project involves the survey, partial design and detailing of refurbishment works to former MOD properties generally in poor condition.Tenders should be fully experienced with working within the Airside designation of a fully operational Airport and carry substantial liability insurance in this respect.Tenderers will be required to attend site briefing and inspection day on the 25 June 2019 to enable them to obtain adequate additional information to complete their Tender submission.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=93026.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
