York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority is procuring consultancy support to help develop a draft Local Transport Plan for York and North Yorkshire, as part of the Combined Authority's duties as a Local Transport Authority. The appointed consultant will help us develop the core components of the Local Transport Plan as well as garnering wide stakeholder agreement of a vision and objectives for the plan. The consultant will then assist us in producing a draft plan for consultation and its supporting impact assessments.
