Transport for London (TfL) is seeking to undertake a procurement of the London Cycle Hire Scheme. The procurement will reaggregate services for bicycle management and supply, revenue collection and civils for an initial term of 5 years from November 2025, with options to extend for a maximum of a further 5 years. The primary focus of this Prior Information Notice is raise industry awareness for a potential future procurement and does not constitute a formal Contract Notice or call for competition.
