SHL.UK is a remote contraception and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV and blood borne viruses (BBV) testing and results management service, for sexually active individuals aged 16 years and older. It is commissioned by the City of London Corporation, on behalf of 30 participating authorities, through the London Sexual Health Programme. This questionnaire is part of a soft market testing exercise to inform future commissioning arrangements and procurement of SHL.UK. The purpose of this soft market testing exercise is to establish whether there is sufficient interest in the market for the delivery the service as well as to support the enhancement of the service specification and associated contract terms and conditions.
