Construction work. Construction work for university buildings. Electrical engineering installation works. Mechanical engineering installation works. Building alteration work. The work is required to support the estate of the University of Liverpool and will include but not limited to building refurbishment (internal/external) adaptations, modifications, new build, upgrade of existing facilities including mechanical and electrical installations. The work will be carried out across a wide range of building types from late 19th century to present and may include teaching, research, laboratory, administration student accommodation, library accommodation which is located on the city campus or at the university's outlying sites. Framework agreement for construction values excluding VAT between one pound to half a million GBP on a non-exclusive basis.
