Descriptions
Colne Housing wish to extend their existing managed services and hosting services for a 2-year period, with flexible break-clauses, during which organisational merger activity and due diligence can take place. Critical to the contract is the provision of 'business as usual' information technology services ensuring the existing infrastructure is serviced, maintained and licensed to the desired level of provision. This provision will include the upgrade of the existing infrastructure and services.
